In an effort to fight illegal advertising, city workers now paint, "Cancelled" over concert advertisments. If everyone thinks the concert is cancelled, there is not incentive to put up illegal advertisements.

In an effort to fight illegal advertising, city workers now paint, "Cancelled" over concert advertisments. If everyone thinks the concert is cancelled, there is not incentive to put up illegal advertisements.
